This boxing training bag is constructed from a high-tech PVC shell and lined with a combination of canvas and vinyl to maximize the durability so that it can take all you’ve got. Fill your bag with the filling kit that’s included so that the full bag and 1.5” foam liner protects your hands and joints better than a traditional heavy bag. There is an additional D-ring featured on the bottom of the bag so that you can control the swinging of the bag by tying it down there as well.
